1. Preamble

1.1. The Service

Reflo ("we," "us," "our," or the "Operator") operates the website tryreflo.com and associated applications (collectively, the "Service"). The Service provides AI-powered document translation and formatting preservation.

1.2. Agreement

By accessing, registering for, or using the Service, you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

1.3. Corporate Use

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Usage Rights & Restrictions

2.1. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Reflo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service.

2.2. Free Tier & Watermarks

Users of the Free plan may use the Service for evaluation and non-commercial purposes. Output documents generated under the Free plan contain a visible Watermark. You strictly agree not to use any technical means (including AI in-painting or cropping) to remove, obscure, or alter this Watermark.

2.3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
  • Use the Service to process illegal, harmful, threatening, or sexually explicit content.
  • Bypass security measures or exceed the file size/page limits designated for your subscription tier (e.g., exceed the file size or page limits designated for your current subscription tier, as specified on the Pricing Page).
  • Share your account credentials with third parties to avoid purchasing additional seats.

3. Subscriptions, Credits & Billing

3.1. Credit System

The Service operates on a credit-based system, with credit consumption varying by language pair, document complexity, and model selection (e.g., pure-text pages may consume 1 credit, scanned pages may consume 2 credits).

3.2. Subscription Plans

Paid subscriptions (Lite, Pro, Volume+) are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

3.3. Rollover Policy (Pro Feature)

  • Mechanism: For eligible plans (e.g., Pro), unused credits may roll over to the subsequent billing month.
  • Cap Limit: This rollover is strictly capped at 3x (three times) your monthly credit allowance. Once your accumulated balance reaches this cap, no further credits will roll over or accumulate until your balance drops below the cap.

3.4. Refund Policy

All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Downgrading your plan may result in the loss of features or capacity (e.g., reduced file retention capability).

4. Intellectual Property & Data

4.1. Your Content (Input)

You retain all rights, title, and interest in the documents you upload ("Input"). You grant Reflo a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and process your Input solely as necessary to provide the translation service to you.

4.2. Translated Output

Upon payment of applicable fees, you own the rights to the translated documents ("Output").

4.3. AI Training

Unlike many consumer AI products, Reflo does not use your Input or Output to train our generative AI models. Your data remains isolated.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

5.1. AI Probability

You acknowledge that the Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. These technologies are probabilistic and may produce errors, inaccuracies ("hallucinations"), or formatting inconsistencies.

5.2. "As Is"

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING THE ACCURACY OF ANY TRANSLATED CONTENT BEFORE USING IT FOR LEGAL, MEDICAL, OR FINANCIAL PURPOSES.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REFLO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you breach these Terms (including API abuse or payment failure). Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and any remaining Credits are forfeited. Following termination, we may delete your stored files in accordance with our data retention policies.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
