Credits are the usage units used to translate documents on Reflo.

• Most text-based PDFs consume 1 credit per page.
• Scanned or image-based pages require OCR and consume 2x credits.
• Pages with unusually dense or complex content may also consume 2x credits.

Credit usage is always calculated per page before processing begins.

A subscription provides monthly credits with additional benefits such as higher limits and faster processing. Pay-as-you-go credits are a one-time purchase with no subscription or automatic renewal—buy only what you need, and your credits never expire.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Yes. You can upgrade your subscription at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, with billing adjusted accordingly. Downgrades are not supported.

Only the Pro plan lets your unused credits roll over to the next month—as long as your subscription remains active. This gives you the flexibility to handle heavier workloads without wasting credits.

On Lite, unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle.

Pay-as-you-go credits never expire, but they don't include monthly rollover or subscription benefits.

If you run out of credits, you can purchase Pay-as-you-go credits or upgrade your subscription to continue translating PDFs.

All files and translations are protected using Enterprise-grade AES-256 encryption for data at rest and secure TLS encryption for data in transit.

Reflo follows internationally recognized security standards and is ISO 27001 & ISO 27701 compliant, ensuring strict controls over data access, processing, and privacy.

Your documents are processed in isolated environments and are never used to train AI models.

These security protections apply across all plans, so your data remains safe whether you’re on Free, Lite, Pro, or Volume+.

No. You can start with free credits or Pay-as-you-go credits, and upgrade to a subscription only when you need more capacity.

Credits are deducted automatically in the following order, when applicable: Free credits → Rollover credits (Pro only) → Monthly subscription credits → Pay-as-you-go credits. Only credits available on your account are used. If you don’t have an active subscription, subscription-related credits are simply skipped.
